We Won Another Pitcher Award. Here's the Story Behind It.

We brought home another Bronze from the 2025 Pitcher Awards — this time for our work with Leadway Assurance on the No Looseguard campaign.

Yep. That’s two years in a row.

Last year, it was for our audacious agency launch. This year, it’s for helping people see insurance in a way they’ve never seen it before.

The Brief Was Insurance. We Turned It Into a Cultural Moment.

If you were in Lagos in January 2025, you probably saw someone in a bright orange jacket with “Life Comes At You Fast” on the front and “No Looseguard” on the back.

No logo. No explanation. Just vibes.
That was us.

We launched a full-on street activation and then dropped a campaign video that felt more like a skit you’d share with your friends than a typical insurance ad. It was funny, sharp, and, most importantly, it got people talking.

What started as curiosity on the street exploded into social media conversations and, ultimately, a Pitcher Award.

Why This One Feels Special

Because insurance isn’t easy to market, it’s serious, technical, and not “sexy.”
But we didn’t treat it like a problem. We treated it like an opportunity to tell the truth, just in a way that felt like real life.

“This campaign wasn’t just about being clever,” said Leye Makanjuola, CEO of Purple Stardust. “It was about relevance. It was about saying something that sticks, and seeing people connect with it in the wild.”
